About Ark Angel Alliance
Ark Angel Alliance is an angel investor network based in Little Rock, Arkansas. We support startup investment across Arkansas and develop angel investors through education, programming, and connections. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, funding portal, or securities issuer.

Membership Applications
Submitting a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. Ark Angel Alliance reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Membership may require verification of accredited investor status under applicable federal securities laws, payment of dues, and agreement to additional member terms and policies.
Membership may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment of dues, violation of our policies, or conduct we determine to be inconsistent with the mission and standards of the organization.
Funding Applications and Submitted Materials
Submitting a funding application does not guarantee funding, an invitation to present, due diligence, or any other outcome. We review applications at our discretion and are under no obligation to respond, provide feedback, or explain a decision.
Important: Materials you submit through our funding application process will be shared with our members, affiliated due diligence participants, and program staff so they can evaluate the opportunity. Unless we have signed a separate written confidentiality agreement with you, your submission does not create any confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation on the part of Ark Angel Alliance, our members, or our staff. Please do not submit trade secrets or information you are unwilling to have reviewed by multiple parties.
Our members review many opportunities across similar industries and may evaluate, advise, or invest in companies that compete with yours. Submitting an application does not restrict our members from doing so.
By submitting materials, you represent that you have the right to share them and that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Your Responsibilities
When using this website or communicating with us, you agree not to:
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate another person or organization
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of securities laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, member data, or restricted content
